: This research was conducted to determine the lifestyle factor of students to Apartment Buying Decision in Surabaya ( A case study on Petra Christian University students who lived in High Point and Apartemen The Square).This research is also looking for new lifestyle factors of student to apartments buying decision in Surabaya. The sampling technique used are accidental dan snowball sampling of 100 respondents . Data analysis technique used is the analysis of factors . The results showed the formation of six new factors are socio-economic factor, household factor, trendy factor, enjoyment factor , empathy factor, and practical factor
